I want to thank you for your help with the purchase of our home in Westminster. Once we found the home we liked, I thought the hard part was over, but buying a bank owned property was much more difficult than I imagined, especially since we had to use the bank’s purchase contract. As you know, I wanted to understand the contract in detail, and I appreciate that you were able to explain everything. The deal turned out to be rather tricky, with multiple buyers competing, problems with the appraisal, surprises on the property inspection, and delays in getting loan approval.
